Happy Belated Birthday Mum :)

first, I'm so sorry, but I promise this is the last post for today. 

I just want to say something in my blog for my mum. 

although I know she doesn't read this. 

dear mummy ,

I would love to say thank you for everything you have done to me. 

I love everything about you. 

thank you for bringing me into this world, mum.

I wouldn't be here of course also with the help of dad. 

thanks for all the clothes that you provide me with, the food that you fed me with, this beautiful house that we call home. 

I am thankful that God had given me such a beautiful lady to be my mother. 

A talented, disciplined, funny, fierce, unpredictable lady that thought me everything that I needed to know in life. 

I don't inherit any of your appearance, sadly. apart from the wavy hair, petite and that's it. 

I wish to inherit your talent in cooking especially. 

your cooking's are the best, I'll never eat any chicken/pork/lamb chop outside, 

cause yours are just perfect ;)

you have so many talent that I wish I had it too, sewing, arranging flowers, gardening, cooking and drawing. 

I used to remember you drew me. 

I wonder where did the portrait went to. 

I also would love to thank you for taking care of me when I'm sick. 

and I'm sure, now I'm taking my turn to take care of you when you're sick. 

I love how you bite me out of a sudden when I jump on your bed sleeping next to you.

when daddy is still reading the newspaper. 

I love how you tickle me that I wanted to get out of the bed as soon as possible. 

I love how you get angry at little things and I might tease you a bit that made you laugh in the end.

I honestly hate as every day passed, you gets a little older everyday. 

how I wish I appreciate all the things that you've done for me since day one when I was born.

I hate seeing the wrinkles on your face, 

But I promise, I'll love and take care of you and papa till the end of my life.

and also, be a better daughter that will make you proud one day. 

you'll see :) 

disaster.

we bought this to bake mum's cake, 

cause mum is sick, so she can't simply just eat anything she like. 

we decided to go vegan :O really? 

heh, I was rather disappointed .

I could have made a simple butter cake instead of spending like RM 11 for this thing above. 

heh, lesson learnt that please don't judge a book by it's cover? 

it wasn't that thick after all, it's so thin like eh. 

However, if you are allergy to eggs/ dairy products/wheat etc etc.

you can try this, especially for vegetarian :) 

we bought jell-o too, hahah

this is the first time I made this. 

I think I made some mistake, :| I spoiled the whole pudding D: 

one of them was thick and nice, the other was watery. haha

so if you wanna try this out, use the cooking method instead of the cold milk method. 

plus star is, the box gives you like 2 recipe. 

I bought 3 boxes and I have 6 recipes :) 

yes, I'm one happy girl.

but we had such a laugh about the cake.

I feel really bad. 

oh and did I mentioned that I cooked, meatballs,

chicken chop, onion soup,  boiled raw vegetables, baked potatoes, 

included the puddings, cake, and macarons? 

wow. I'm amazed myself and okay bye :P 

Vanilla Macarons Affair :)

Helloooooo, 

sorry this is a note, I have a feeling that I might update my blog most probably 3 or 4 times today. 

because I've been away quite long I suppose.

the weather here isn't helping that much, lazy bum.

so yesterday, my sister and I made macarons again.:)

actually, yesterday was such a busy day. 

because it was my mum's birthday.

so yeah. 

OH, and we successfully knew the exact recipe now, 

well, so far I guess for two experiment it was a success. :)

was really happy with it 

but the ganache was a bit disappointed. 

you'll know why in my next post :P

one of my favourite breakfast :) 

this was taken last week, eek. 

Mum told me the kitchen smelled so nice after I finish cooking it. 

Class trip :)

Really rare trip though, memorable and fun :) 

We had our class cancel for this trip. haha, we went for Brass band competition. 

so sad that we only had 3 schools only. 

from Riam Road Secondary, Chung Hua Miri and St Columbia. 

We however managed to watch Chung Hua Miri only. I was expecting to watch Riam Road :( 

Chung Hua Miri got first place by the way, their performances was great. 

it gave me a fairytale feeling or more like Alice in the wonderland. 

but the music was a bit dull. but all over, it was great. 

 you could watch it here. 

I love how the freezing effect, damn stunning. 

but the video is quite small to take note, so you can't exactly feel like what I felt on the spot. :P

Indeed, they deserve it :)

it finished quite fast, so then we headed to Singapore Chicken Rice Shop to have our brunch? :D

most of us had combo set, only 5.40 (I think) for fried/steam chicken rice and blackcurrant drink :)

On top of that, I just want to give some comment on the customer service at SCR, 

one of my friend ordered cheese sandwich (I think), she ordered only one for sandwich, 

end up they gave an extra plate for that sandwich. 

and another friend of mine ordered chicken rice as well, 

yet she didn't get it until she asked for it for the second time. 

as a waiter/waitress, it's your job to ask and reassure your customer on their order before giving it to the people who works in the kitchen. 

and you have no right to even say it out loudly which was inappropriate and rude at the same time to say that 'oh, she said she didn't ordered this' in a really rude tone. 

it's true that she didn't. so don't complain.

this is the 2nd time I encounter this in SCR though, 

the previous time, I ordered sweet and sour chicken rice, 

ended up, they serve me only the sweet and sour chicken..

without the rice? HAHAHA. 

EEK. waiter/waitress, please clean your ears . lol.

Did I just mentioned Kawaii ?

I'm utterly bored now, I'm sorry :3

and when I was bored last night, I took out my ring base, hot glue gun, lace and this cake eraser out. 

hahaha.

I encounter this cute cake eraser at the back of this stationary shop :3

it has four different kinds of eraser.

remember how when we used to be kids, we buy lots of eraser? 

haha, I don't even know why. 

but this kawaii eraser is too cute so I got one pack of 4 different one inside. :) 

and tada, a ring. lolers. I didn't realise the thingy at the ring . 

it's not that nice. 

but from the cake, it pretty makes my day already. 

and also reminds me to make pretty cakes like this in the future :)

So yesterday night, we had family gathering for rosary. 

I'm not going to say so much. 

this is my little niece, Ashley. 

 one of the shih zhu. in the family, we have 5 of em. this is Coco Chanel. :P

 this is something new to me, 

the name of this food is Queen of puddings :) 

It's yums. 

this is also new to me. 

the name is Eve's pudding. :) 

both of them are eaten with cream. 

it's so yummy :3
